Room in the Inn Super Bowl Party

We traditionally throw a bit of a Super Bowl party for our Room at the Inn guests. Terri Donaldson is helping to coordinate Here is our Current List of Needs

*If you are bringing food, try to bring by Sunday morning if possible.

**Have items in kitchen no later than 4pm

***We are always in need of fellas to stay the night and people to help with the morning breakfasts. This cannot be handled by youth alone, so don’t be shy parents. &:~D

Terri and Gavin -

We will bring the following for the Room in the Inn, and come to help set up cots.

pickles, buns, dessert – let me know if you need anything else, or if we need to bring different stuff.

Aaron will bring 12 individual bags of chips and gallon of orange juice. He can be there to help with meal prep and serving. Can he earn service hours for this, he needs more for school. Thanks!

We will bring hamburger buns, 3 cans of sloppy joe mix and three two liter drinks
